• Customers may cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.
• Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
• If a product does not meet expectations after production, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Shipping Policy

• At this time, shipping is available only within the United States.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more, or using a valid free shipping coupon, qualify for free shipping.
• Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. after production.
• Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
